Gravity Rollers

We manufacture a complete range of gravity rollers from 20mm diameter up to 100mm diameter in a variety of materials including mild steel, plastic, stainless steel and rubber covered steel. Each size has a range of spindle diameters that can be either loose drilled, spring loaded, drilled and tapped, threaded or flatted.

Powered Rollers

Powered rollers come in two basic formats, either sprocket chain driven rollers or grooved Lineshaft rollers. Wolverhampton Handling can offer our full range of roller diameters in either configuration. These can be made to suit your current configuration or be bespoke designed to meet your exact handling requirements.

Drums & Pulleys

At Wolverhampton Handling we also manufacture, to your specification, conveyor drums and pulleys. These can be manufactured in either mild or stainless steel and can be made in a full range of diameters from 1½” to 24”. The rollers can also be crowned, rubber covered, slatted or spiral finished.

These rollers are of a fully welded construction and can be used for drive, tail or snubbing applications. For design and pricing please contact our sales team.

Idlers

Our idler range comes in all the common diameters from 63mm to 168mm though our in house manufacturing can produce bespoke rollers outside these parameters. Each roller is manufactured using fully welded bearing housing and precision sealed bearings. As you would expect, our rollers are manufactured to be used in a range of different standard troughing sets and brackets.

Also within the range are impact idlers, return idlers, disc returns and field sets. For information and quotation on any items, please contact our sales team.

Troughing Sets

To complement our idler rollers we also produce both fixed and adjustable troughing sets in either two or three roll format, with angles from 20º to 60º.

Bearings

Bearings are the base products of our business and as a manufacturer we always have large stocks of rollers end bearings, precision bearings and general purpose bearings.
